Return Merchandise



I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the returned product is unworn, in good condition and in original packaging.



Full refunds are NOT applied to products that were shipped to the customer in the correct size, color, good conditions and that are not at fault of FashionUGo. In these cases the customer will be charged the shipping fee to and from the FashionUGo warehouse. Fees will be deducted from the the product(s) total and the remaining amount will then be refunded to the customer.



Before returning us back the package, you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.  See "What should I pay attention to when I want to do a return?" below.




*All Returns received without the original shoe box will be charged a 20% fee from the product price.

 

What should I pay attention to when I want to do a return

We do understand sometime you need to return the product. Below are some points to assist you and us in the return merchandise process:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE shipping the product back to us. We reserve the right not to accept your return which does not have the RMA number.
  2. When requesting a RMA number, remember to tell us (via email or live chat) the details such as which product you are returning, reason for the return, whether you want to exchange with something else or get a refund.
  3. Based on the info you provide in (2) above, if we made a mistake on your original order, you will receive a Pre-Paid UPS Return Shipping label in PDF file format in your email. Open the label file in your email, print it, tape it on the outer box, and drop off the package at your UPS locations (UPS store, UPS Customer Center, or UPS drop box).
  4. Before requesting a RMA, make sure the shoes and shoe box you plan to return are in good, unworn condition. We may reject refund on damaged or worn returned shoes or may refund partial depending on how serious the damage on the return product is. DO NOT Tape the shipping label on the shoe box.
  5. Shoes are fashion products and they are sold with the fashion trends. It is our return policy to accept your return request (or actually receive the returned package) within 30 days from your order date. FashionUGo reserves the right to reject return package (both for exchange and refund) after the 30 days from the order date, even if it has our RMA number on it. We at FashionUGo appreciate your cooperation in this time matter.
  6. All Returns received without the original shoe box will be charged a 20% fee from the product price. This fee will deducted from your refund.
 

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
